This website is operated by HAROM India Private Limited (“HAROM”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in India (CIN U74909PB2025PTC064281) with its registered office at F-468, 3rd Floor, Industrial Area, Focal Point, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), Punjab 140308.

These terms apply to haromindia.com, its pages and the forms on it (Talk to a PV Expert, Request a Demo, Submit an RFP). They do not apply to HAROM OnePV, its connected applications or any pharmacovigilance service we deliver: those are governed by the written agreement between HAROM and the client, which prevails over anything on this page.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.

You may use the website to learn about HAROM, to contact us and to send us business enquiries. In doing so you agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the systems behind it or any account, or probe, scan or test their security without our written permission;
• introduce malware, run automated scraping or bulk-download tools, or place unreasonable load on the site;
• send false, misleading or impersonated enquiries, or upload content you have no right to share;
• send patient information, adverse event reports or other health data through the website forms — individual case safety information must go through the pharmacovigilance channels agreed with us in writing.

We may suspend or block access to the site for anyone who breaches these terms, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities.

The content on this website describes HAROM’s services, technology and approach in general terms. It is provided for information and is not regulatory, medical, scientific, legal or other professional advice, and it does not take account of your organisation’s particular circumstances. Decisions about your pharmacovigilance system should be made with appropriate advice and, where we are engaged, under the terms of our agreement with you.

We take care to keep the site accurate and current, and we correct errors when we find them. Even so, content may be incomplete or out of date at any given time, and we may change it, or withdraw it, without notice.

Descriptions of applications, features and services are not offers. What HAROM will deliver, and on what terms, is set out only in a proposal and the agreement that follows it.

When you send an enquiry, request a demo or submit an RFP you confirm that the information is accurate, that you are authorised to provide it on behalf of your organisation, and that you have the right to share any document you upload or link to.

Documents and information you send us for a proposal remain yours. We treat them as confidential, use them only to understand and respond to your requirement, and store them as described in our Privacy Notice. If you need a signed confidentiality agreement before sharing detail, tell us and we will arrange one.

We review every RFP we receive, but we are not obliged to respond to, or bid for, any particular request. A proposal or quotation we send is an invitation to discuss terms: no contract exists until a written agreement is signed by both parties, and that agreement will govern the work.

Personal data in your submissions is handled in line with our Privacy Notice.

HAROM OnePV and the connected applications (Safety Vault, IntakeIQ, GatewayPRO, AggregatePRO, SignalIQ, ValidatePRO, SignPRO and LMSPRO) are made available to clients under their own agreements. Nothing on this website grants a licence to use them.

Any sign-in page reachable from this site is for authorised users of the relevant application only. Access by anyone else is prohibited.

The website and everything on it — text, images, illustrations, page designs, product descriptions, screenshots, software and data — are owned by HAROM or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

HAROM, HAROM OnePV, Safety Vault, IntakeIQ, GatewayPRO, AggregatePRO, SignalIQ, ValidatePRO, SignPRO and LMSPRO, and the associated logos, are trademarks of HAROM India Private Limited. Names of regulatory authorities and other organisations that appear on the site belong to their respective owners; their use describes the markets and standards we work with and implies no endorsement.

You may view the site and print or save pages for your own internal evaluation of HAROM. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute or create derivative works from the content, or remove any proprietary notice, without our prior written permission.

The site links to third-party websites, including regulatory authorities, professional networks and video platforms. We provide those links for convenience. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data, and a link does not mean we endorse them.

We aim to keep the website available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time, for maintenance, security or any other reason, without notice.

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all conditions, warranties and representations, express or implied, in relation to the website and its content, including any implied warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HAROM will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or its content, including loss of profit, business, data or goodwill and any indirect or consequential loss, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Nothing in these terms limits HAROM’s liability under a signed agreement for services or software, which is governed by that agreement.

If your breach of these terms causes loss to HAROM — for example through unauthorised access, an unlawful submission or infringement of a third party’s rights — you agree to compensate HAROM for the losses, costs and claims that result, to the extent permitted by law.

Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal data collected through the site, and our Cookie Policy explains what the site stores in your browser. Both form part of these terms.

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising from your use of the website, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), Punjab, India have exclusive jurisdiction, and you submit to that jurisdiction.

If you use the site from outside India, you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, and nothing in this section deprives you of any protection that the mandatory law of your own country gives you.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest continues in force. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. These terms, the Privacy Notice and the Cookie Policy are the whole agreement between you and HAROM about the use of this website.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date and version at the top show when they last changed; the version on the site at the time you use it is the one that applies.
